I am an Associate Certified Academic Life Coach with Coach Training EDU, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, and I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, a Master's Degree in English with a creative writing emphasis from Notre Dame de Namur University. My most treasured college memories include participating and leading many contemplative retreats at both universities, and living in Florence, Italy while studying Renaissance Art History.
I began my career as an early childhood educator and it led to an opportunity to work with academic success programs and teach undergraduates at Stanford University. In addition to coaching, I also teach writing at a variety of colleges in the Bay Area, and each time I work with a new set of college students I am drawn to coach the students beyond the subject area in the classroom.
As a mom, I know how challenging it can be to find time for reflection and pursing meaningful work, and that's why as a life coach, I possess the enthusiasm, integrity, and reciprocal spirit necessary to find individualized solutions that will enable your success!
If things could be going better, there's no day but today. Let's make it happen!
I look forward to connecting with you.
